Age Group: 9-17 years old
Experience Level: Intermediate
Goals: To increase on-court quickness by training balance, agility, and change of direction footwork.
Classes will consist of 1 hour of agility and quickness drills.
Get quicker and and feel what it's like to be one step ahead of the competition! Basketball is essentially a game made of up five one-on-one match-ups occurring simultaneously. These match-ups are taking place in small areas, and the player with the quickest feet and ability to change direction often wins. This program will develop the quickness needed to come out on the winning side of these short races. The more times you are able to win these small one-on-one situations, the more success you will have on both offense and defense.
August: Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm (August 4, 11, 18, 25)
